COVID-19 Updates

Performance is, at heart, a community activity; unfortunately, it is our performance community that must adjust in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. We take the health and safety of our community very seriously, and will use this page to keep our artists and audiences updated on events at the Crane. We are keeping abreast of the global pandemic, and following all recomendations from the Minnesota Department of Health, which can be found here.

Currently, the State of Minnesota has ordered all gathering places, including theaters, to remain closed until further notice.

Theater and other Entertainment is listed as a Phase IV activity. As of now, there is no estimated date for when we may be allowed to open. When Phase IV is released, we will evlauate the guidelines and consider our options. Being allowed to open does not mean we will automatically open. We will work with our renters and other producing partners to ensure the safety of artists and audiences alike.
